UK proptech company Supa raised £21 million to expand its residential block management platform and acquire more local property management firms.

Supa, a UK proptech company, raised £21 million in seed funding to expand its AI property management platform, according to Tech.eu. The financing includes an equity round co-led by 2150 and OpenOcean, plus a debt facility from a UK lender.

Supa acquires local residential block management firms, keeps their existing brands, and adds software that automates repair scheduling, service charge reconciliation, safety records, and contractor coordination. The company says its technology can reduce administrative work for property managers by up to 90%.

Since its first two acquisitions in late 2025, Supa says its revenue has grown more than 700%. It now manages about 20,000 homes through seven local firms, including Hunters in Sussex and Lamberts in London. It plans to use the funding for further acquisitions and platform development.
