Firstsource Solutions Limited and AppliedAI have reported significant performance improvements from their joint AI workflow automation deployments, achieving up to 95% faster processing in healthcare and 10 times higher throughput in education workflows.

Firstsource Solutions Limited has reported measurable results from its partnership with AppliedAI, six months after making a strategic investment in the company. The outcomes were shared in a press release, showing that live deployments in healthcare and education have achieved processing time reductions of over 95% and throughput increases of up to ten times.

The partnership has moved from pilot testing to production, with two active solutions in use by clients. In healthcare provider data management, processing times dropped from about fifteen minutes per record to under one minute, while maintaining human oversight and auditability. In education admissions, throughput improved from approximately eight minutes per application to two minutes, reducing manual effort by up to 90%.

Both companies described the results as proof that restructured workflows built on AppliedAI's Opus platform can deliver rapid, measurable outcomes in compliance-heavy environments. The collaboration is focused on creating repeatable models that combine Firstsource's domain expertise with AppliedAI's automation infrastructure for scalable enterprise operations.
