Camect and 3Si Connect AI Video Alerts to Public Safety Dispatch
Camect and 3Si Security Systems are integrating their security products, the companies announced in a press release on 2 November. The integration connects Camect's AI video analysis with 3Si's DirectToDispatch platform.
Camect analyzes feeds from existing security cameras to identify relevant activity, reduce unnecessary alerts, and provide visual context. DirectToDispatch can send that incident information to public safety agencies for use in dispatch and response workflows.
"This integration with 3Si empowers our dealers and the communities they serve to maintain control of their video data while securely sharing relevant information with the people who need it most: our first responders," said Ron Grubbs, VP of sales business development at Camect. 3Si says its network covers more than 10,400 law enforcement agencies.

Tensordyne Napier: What If One Rack Could Do the Work of Nine?
Tensordyne
This Tensordyne whitepaper presents Napier, an inference-focused AI processor and rack-scale system based on the company’s TDN Math logarithmic number system. It examines infrastructure requirements for large mixture-of-experts and agentic models, compares major inference architecture approaches, and details the TDN AIP processor, TDN72 pod, TDN Link fabric, and Napier Ultra configuration. The paper reports simulation-based performance, cost, and accuracy-validation results, including Tensordyne’s projected comparison of one Napier rack with a nine-rack Nvidia Rubin plus Groq deployment; the chip is reported as taped out and in fabrication.
