Lumana Partners With Convergint on AI Video Security
Lumana and Convergint announced a partnership in a joint press release to offer AI video security to enterprise and public sector customers worldwide. Convergint's Technology Centers can now design, quote, deploy and service Lumana's platform across existing camera systems.
The camera agnostic platform adds automated monitoring, event alerts and video search to existing IP cameras. It uses Lumana's VIA-1 video intelligence model to identify specified events and provide information for investigations.
Lumana's hybrid cloud architecture processes video analysis on premises to reduce bandwidth use and latency. Incidents flagged for review can receive further analysis in the cloud, which also supports remote management and software updates.

Tensordyne Napier: What If One Rack Could Do the Work of Nine?
Tensordyne
This Tensordyne whitepaper presents Napier, an inference-focused AI processor and rack-scale system based on the company’s TDN Math logarithmic number system. It examines infrastructure requirements for large mixture-of-experts and agentic models, compares major inference architecture approaches, and details the TDN AIP processor, TDN72 pod, TDN Link fabric, and Napier Ultra configuration. The paper reports simulation-based performance, cost, and accuracy-validation results, including Tensordyne’s projected comparison of one Napier rack with a nine-rack Nvidia Rubin plus Groq deployment; the chip is reported as taped out and in fabrication.
