BoodleBox has completed a $5 million seed funding round co-led by Dogwood Ventures and Osage Venture Partners to expand its AI collaboration platform for higher education and other sectors.

BoodleBox has secured $5 million in seed funding to expand its AI collaboration platform for higher education, announced in a press release. The round was co-led by Dogwood Ventures and Osage Venture Partners, with participation from JFFVentures, ECMC Group, Hivers and Strivers, Service Provider Capital, the UVU Wolverine Fund, and City Light Capital.

The platform gives students, faculty, and institutions unified access to premium AI models such as GPT-5.1, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity, and LLAMA through a secure interface designed for collaborative use. BoodleBox’s token-reduction technology reduces AI operating costs and environmental impact by up to 96% while maintaining FERPA compliance and enterprise-grade security.

Since launching in late 2024, BoodleBox has been adopted by more than 1,200 higher education institutions and over 100 workforce teams. Over 80 institutions have implemented its infrastructure, providing AI access to 70,000 faculty, staff, and students.

With the new funding, the company plans to grow its presence in higher education, enhance its platform capabilities, and expand into corporate training, public sector, and industry applications. BoodleBox will also relocate its headquarters to Colorado Springs, Colorado, to support its national operations.
