DDI has launched CoLab Studio within its LeaderLab platform, an AI-enabled capability designed to help organizations create personalized leadership development programs more efficiently and at scale. The feature was introduced at the ATD 2026 International Conference & Exposition.

DDI announced in a press release the launch of CoLab Studio, an AI-enabled feature within its LeaderLab platform designed to accelerate and personalize leadership development at scale. The company introduced CoLab Studio at the ATD 2026 International Conference & Exposition.

CoLab Studio allows HR and learning teams to tailor leadership programs to specific roles, business priorities, and time constraints without rebuilding existing content. Using guided prompts, organizations can adapt DDI’s content library to reflect their culture, internal language, and leadership frameworks while maintaining the integrity of DDI’s research-based approach.

The feature will enter early release with select organizations in June, with wider availability planned later in the year. DDI will also host a webinar titled “Leadership Development at the Speed of Business” on June 10 to demonstrate the new capabilities.

In addition to CoLab Studio, DDI introduced Performance Accelerator for frontline leaders, offering AI-powered simulations to help supervisors practice workplace decision-making in short, focused sessions. The platform includes built-in measurement tools to track skill adoption and operational impact.
