HashKey Capital Invests $40 Million in SignalPlus

HashKey Capital has made a $40 million strategic investment in SignalPlus, a crypto asset derivatives trading platform, to strengthen their collaboration in institutional digital asset services.

HashKey Capital, the asset management arm of HashKey Holdings, has completed a $40 million investment in SignalPlus, announced in a press release. The investment includes $20 million in cash contributed by HashKey Group.

SignalPlus provides infrastructure for crypto asset derivatives trading, including option trading systems, automated market making, and structured product solutions. The company holds a leading position in the Asian crypto options market.

HashKey Capital was an early investor in SignalPlus, having led its seed round and participated in subsequent funding rounds. The new funding strengthens a long-term partnership between the two firms aimed at expanding global institutional services and enhancing digital asset derivatives technology.

Both companies plan to collaborate on product innovation and international market expansion, combining their strengths in digital asset management and derivatives trading technology.
