Courier Health has raised $50 million in Series B funding led by Oak HC/FT, with participation from existing investors Norwest and Work-Bench, announced in a press release. The New York based company plans to use the funding to expand its AI capabilities, scale its platform, and grow its team.

Courier Health provides a technology system that connects patient experience data and systems across the life sciences sector. Its platform applies AI to identify at-risk patients, surface insights, and coordinate interactions across the patient journey, from education and enrollment to therapy initiation and adherence.

The system includes data integrations, AI driven workflows, and user interfaces designed for market access and patient services teams. It also supports automation through AI agents that execute key operational tasks. In 2025, the company increased its customer base and supported therapies by more than 400 percent, doubling its workforce to meet demand.

Oak HC/FT partner Billy Deitch said that Courier Health offers essential infrastructure for patient management in healthcare, describing the company’s AI strategy as one that biopharma organizations are adopting rapidly.
