CoLab AI Inc. has entered a multi year, multimillion dollar agreement with Bombardier Inc. to implement artificial intelligence tools for the design and manufacturing of business jets, according to a press release.

The partnership will use CoLab's AI systems to improve engineering and production processes. Bombardier plans to integrate AI into its design workflows to help engineers make data-based decisions and shorten development cycles. The collaboration focuses on capturing and reusing engineering knowledge automatically through CoLab’s platform.

CoLab’s technology enables automatic surfacing of lessons learned from previous projects, allowing Bombardier’s teams to apply those insights to future programs. This approach aims to enhance design quality and streamline operations across Bombardier’s product lines.

The agreement expands Bombardier’s existing use of AI in its manufacturing processes and supports continued research and development of Canadian aerospace technology.
