BluSky AI Inc. announced in a press release the launch of its Regulation A+ offering aimed at accelerating the development of its distributed AI infrastructure across the United States. The investment program allows individual and accredited investors to participate with a minimum investment of $1,000.

The company is developing more than ten AI Factory sites nationwide, expected to provide over 200 megawatts of capacity for large scale model training and inference computing.
