Zip Introduces 50 AI Agents to Automate Procurement Tasks

Zip has launched a suite of 50 AI agents to automate tasks in finance, legal, procurement, IT, and security, announced in a press release.

Zip has unveiled a suite of 50 AI agents designed to automate high-impact tasks across various departments, including finance, legal, procurement, IT, and security, announced in a press release. This launch took place at the inaugural Zip AI Summit in Brooklyn, New York.

The new AI agents aim to eliminate millions of hours of manual work by automating processes such as tariff assessments, contract reviews, and compliance checks. This initiative introduces a new category called agentic procurement orchestration, which automates the entire purchasing process, providing a competitive edge for large organizations.

Among the first to adopt these capabilities are companies like OpenAI, Canva, Wiz, and Webflow. These organizations have collaborated with Zip to address procurement pain points through the Zip AI Lab. The suite includes specialized agents such as the Tariff Analysis Agent, Competitive Research Agent, and GDPR Compliance Agent, each designed to perform specific tasks autonomously.

Zip's AI agents are expected to enhance security, save labor hours, and generate significant cost savings for global companies. The platform's AI Agent Builder allows users to build, customize, and deploy these agents without coding, further streamlining procurement processes.
