The tool enables users to access contract and policy data through natural language queries, improving efficiency across legal and finance teams.

FADEL has introduced AIVA Intelligence, an AI assistant that provides real time product assistance, contract analysis, and performance insights across licensing and compliance operations, announced in a press release.

AIVA Intelligence is integrated within FADEL's existing products and allows users to retrieve answers and insights from licensing agreements, policies, and product data through natural language interaction. The system eliminates the need to manually search across contracts and documentation.

The assistant offers instant conversational answers across contracts and policies, contextual intelligence based on an organization's licensing dataset, and detailed insights into agreement terms, distribution rights, and royalty obligations. It also provides real time knowledge base support directly within FADEL applications.

AIVA Intelligence is available within the FADEL IPM Suite and LicenSee platforms, with support for Brand Vision expected soon. The company will showcase the technology at the Licensing Expo at booth A199.
