Zenoti Expands AI Workforce for Medspa Operations
Zenoti announced in a press release the expansion of its AI workforce for medspas, introducing a suite of specialized agents designed to manage every part of business operations. The system operates within a single platform, eliminating the need for separate logins or integrations.
The new AI agents cover workflows such as consultation, charting, patient engagement, lead response, treatment visualization, chargeback management, and business strategy. Each agent is built for a specific operational task, working together to prevent revenue loss and improve efficiency across medspa functions.
Key components include AI Scribe for automatic charting and note-taking, AI Receptionist for handling missed calls and bookings, AI Concierge for engagement monitoring, and AI Business Advisor for performance analysis. Predictive agents use data from over 30,000 businesses on the Zenoti platform to forecast demand, manage inventory, and optimize employee scheduling.
Zenoti stated that the AI workforce operates continuously, sharing data and context across agents. The company says the system is designed to learn from every interaction and outcome, improving accuracy and efficiency over time.
