PhaseZero Introduces Eight AI Agents for Industrial Commerce
PhaseZero has launched eight AI agents for manufacturers and distributors that integrate sales, support, and operations functions across the full commerce process, announced in a press release. The agents were introduced at MACH X in Toronto and are available through the company's CxCommerce platform or as composable modules that connect with existing enterprise systems.
The portfolio includes agents such as Visual AI, RecommendAI, AttributeAI, CategoryAI, ProductImageAI, SEO/AEO AI, Inventory Agent, and InsightsAI. Together they assist in tasks from part identification and catalog enrichment to order fulfillment and inventory management. PhaseZero stated that each agent operates within the customer's own environment, with no cross-tenant training and compliance with SOC, GDPR, and PCI-DSS standards.
The agents are designed to support industrial teams by capturing and applying operational knowledge that traditionally resides with experienced staff. Early adopters, including Harman Heavy Duty Specialists Ltd., have reported improved search performance and faster customer service using the Visual Search Agent.
PhaseZero's AI agents can be deployed individually or as part of a connected workflow, working alongside existing enterprise systems or third-party commerce platforms.
