Zifo Introduces AI Certificate of Analysis Automation for Manufacturing and Quality Teams
Zifo Technologies has launched an AI powered Certificate of Analysis Automation solution to accelerate scientific batch release cycles announced in a press release. The system combines Optical Character Recognition and Large Language Models to automate data extraction from Certificates of Analysis used in manufacturing and quality control.
The solution aims to remove delays caused by manual document transcription. It standardizes data across multiple manufacturer formats, supports multiple languages, and integrates directly with Laboratory Information Management Systems through ready to use connectors. The system also includes a visual review interface for human validation and automatic highlighting of specification limits.
Zifo's hybrid AI approach handles diverse document layouts and multiple languages without requiring custom templates. It is designed for enterprise scale deployment, supporting multiple manufacturers and formats out of the box. The company states that the solution helps maintain compliance with Good Manufacturing Practice standards by ensuring secure and auditable data handling.
The new automation tool focuses on the Manufacturing and Chemistry, Manufacturing, and Controls segments, helping teams move from raw data to release decisions more efficiently while reducing the risk of manual errors.
