PharmaForceIQ Launches Share of Answer for Pharma AI Visibility

The new Optichannel 360 module evaluates how accurately therapies appear in AI generated answers and identifies content that biopharma teams can update.

PharmaForceIQ introduces Share of Answer, a module that evaluates how therapies and disease information appear in answers from AI systems. The company announced the module in a press release.

The module checks whether a therapy appears in relevant answers, matches current approved evidence, is presented accurately against alternatives, and cites authoritative sources. It reviews individual claims, identifies errors or outdated information, and helps teams publish approved claims on digital channels that AI systems can access and cite.

PharmaForceIQ said its analyses covered more than 10,000 AI generated responses. Official brand and condition websites provided 17% of citations on average, while audits found hundreds of retired pages and nearly 250 answers citing superseded FDA approved labeling in one analysis. In a controlled test using a subset of questions, answer accuracy reached 94% to 100%, including one AI system that improved from 40% to 95%.
