Catalyx Launches OpenLine Manufacturing Control Platform

Nov 2, 2026
OpenLine connects machine vision systems, production equipment and enterprise software to coordinate inspections, responses and digital records across manufacturing lines.

Catalyx announced OpenLine in a press release on November 2. The platform connects AI and traditional machine vision systems with production equipment and enterprise software from multiple vendors.

OpenLine can use inspection results to trigger automated responses or send decisions to operators for review. It records actions digitally and connects vision systems, production recipes, equipment data and business systems through a common architecture.

The platform includes role based access, audit trails, secure electronic records and reporting designed to support GAMP 5, FDA 21 CFR Part 11 and EU Annex 11 requirements. It can run on site while sharing configurations and data through a manufacturer's preferred cloud services, and is available globally.

Tensordyne

This Tensordyne whitepaper presents Napier, an inference-focused AI processor and rack-scale system based on the company’s TDN Math logarithmic number system. It examines infrastructure requirements for large mixture-of-experts and agentic models, compares major inference architecture approaches, and details the TDN AIP processor, TDN72 pod, TDN Link fabric, and Napier Ultra configuration. The paper reports simulation-based performance, cost, and accuracy-validation results, including Tensordyne’s projected comparison of one Napier rack with a nine-rack Nvidia Rubin plus Groq deployment; the chip is reported as taped out and in fabrication.
