Zifo Introduces AI Authoring Tool for Regulatory Submissions
Zifo Technologies has developed an AI document authoring solution that automates the creation of regulatory submissions, announced in a press release. The system reduces first draft preparation time from days to hours and complies with 21 CFR Part 11 and EU Annex 11 standards.
The solution uses large language models and AI assisted templating to extract and summarize structured and unstructured data for documents such as Clinical Study Reports, Investigator Brochures, and Chemistry Manufacturing and Controls submissions. It includes source linked references and audit trails to ensure traceability and allows writers to review, modify, or regenerate sections as needed.
Zifo’s platform can operate across research, regulatory, clinical, and manufacturing domains. It supports deployment in private cloud or on premises environments to maintain data confidentiality. The company states that the tool provides consistent formatting, reduces manual work, and integrates data from multiple sources to accelerate document preparation throughout the scientific value chain.
