CaptivateIQ Introduces AI Agents for Compensation and Sales Planning

May 15, 2026
CaptivateIQ has launched CaptivateIQ Agents, a suite of AI tools designed to automate compensation and sales planning workflows. The portfolio includes three agents that handle plan creation, operations, and revenue planning, with general availability expected later in 2026.

CaptivateIQ announced in a press release the launch of CaptivateIQ Agents, a portfolio of AI tools built to automate tasks across the compensation and sales planning lifecycle. The announcement was made during the company’s annual Captivate conference in Austin, Texas.

The CaptivateIQ Agents portfolio includes three AI agents designed for different stages of the compensation and planning process. The Compensation Builder Agent creates new compensation plans in minutes, generating formulas and identifying errors. The Compensation Operations Agent manages live commission plans, validates data, handles approval workflows, and answers compensation-related questions. The Revenue Planning Agent builds and refines strategic revenue plans, including territory and account assignments, to help teams adapt to changing business conditions.

All agents operate on CaptivateIQ’s SmartGrid architecture, which connects compensation logic, planning data, and workflows within a unified system. This allows the agents to work with live data, ensuring accuracy and traceability through built-in approvals and governance.

The company also introduced CaptivateIQ MCP Server, which will allow enterprise customers to connect live compensation and planning data to other AI tools. CaptivateIQ Agents are currently available in limited beta, with general availability for both the agents and MCP Server expected later in 2026.
