Visier Introduces Talent Agents for HR Programs

Oct 21, 2026
Visier introduces AI agents that guide managers through HR programs and help talent leaders measure business results.

Visier introduced Talent Agents at HR Tech 2026, the company announced in a press release. The AI agents guide managers toward actions required by HR programs and give talent leaders data about the resulting business changes.

Talent Agents run on the Visier Workforce Intelligence Platform. They provide guidance within existing workflows to each person responsible for an action, while outcomes feed back into the system to refine later recommendations.

Visier pairs the software with an implementation team that adapts each program to a customer's processes and goals. The company said its fall 2026 survey of 80 senior HR and talent leaders found that 62% viewed manager follow through as the main reason programs fail, while 77% used spreadsheets or multiple tools to run HR programs.
