Presight has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Dow Jones Factiva to explore the development of advanced AI-powered risk intelligence solutions, announced in a press release. This collaboration aims to create AI-native risk and compliance tools for financial institutions, regulators, and sovereign entities.

The partnership will leverage Dow Jones Factiva's extensive risk, regulatory, and legal intelligence, combined with Presight's AI infrastructure, to develop solutions that transform compliance from reactive to predictive. The joint offerings will include tools like KYC & UBO Agent, Sustainability Tracker, and Legal & Policy Risk Agent, designed to preemptively address threats in the financial ecosystem.

Initially, the collaboration will focus on serving entities in the UAE and the Gulf region, with plans for expansion into Southeast Asia, Central Asia, North Africa, the UK, and the US. This initiative aims to set a new standard for risk management by providing auditable and autonomous solutions tailored to the complexities of modern financial environments.
