Firstsource Invests in Lyzr.ai to Advance AI Agent Infrastructure
Firstsource Solutions Limited has announced a strategic investment in Lyzr.ai, according to a press release. Lyzr.ai develops enterprise AI agent infrastructure that enables organizations to create secure and interconnected AI agents supported by strong knowledge bases and governance frameworks.
The investment supports Firstsource’s UnBPO initiative, which combines human expertise with responsible AI to replace traditional outsourcing with technology-driven automation. Through this partnership, Firstsource plans to embed Lyzr.ai’s agentic AI capabilities into its operations to improve automation of complex processes in sectors such as banking, healthcare, and customer service.
Lyzr.ai’s infrastructure is already applied across areas including healthcare claims negotiation, banking KYC, IT ticketing, and legal contract intelligence. By integrating these systems, Firstsource aims to enhance enterprise readiness, compliance, and efficiency across high-touch, regulated environments.
