Icertis Acquires Dioptra to Expand AI Contracting Capabilities
Icertis has acquired Dioptra to strengthen its AI-powered contract intelligence platform, announced in a press release. The acquisition aims to accelerate the company's AI-first strategy and enhance automation and accuracy in contract operations.
Dioptra’s technology, which includes automated playbook creation and AI-driven redlining, will integrate with the Icertis Contract Intelligence platform. These features are designed to speed up contract drafting and review while improving compliance and negotiation processes.
Icertis stated that Dioptra’s team will join its product and engineering organization to advance AI capabilities within the platform. The combined solution will include pre-signature agents that automate playbook creation, risk review tools that identify noncompliance, and one-click clause insertion to streamline contract workflows.
The acquisition follows the launch of Icertis Vera, the company’s suite of AI agents for contract management, and marks another step toward providing fully autonomous contracting solutions for enterprise legal teams.
