This strategic acquisition aims to combine Pasteur's advanced simulation platform with FOSAI's expertise in autonomous systems integration.

FOSAI has established itself as a trusted partner for organizations like the US Space Force and DARPA, focusing on creating digital platforms for seamless system integration. The acquisition will enable Pasteur Labs to deploy its Simulation Intelligence Platform in real-world applications, leveraging FOSAI's experience in mission-critical deployments.

The integration of FOSAI's systems architecture expertise will allow Pasteur Labs to address the challenge of integrating next-generation AI-native digital engineering into legacy systems.
