NetDragon Websoft Holdings Limited and its subsidiary EDA (Thailand) have joined a government-backed initiative to strengthen Thailand’s AI-driven workforce, announced in a press release. The partnership aims to create a Learn-to-Career Ecosystem that connects education, skills development, and employment readiness through artificial intelligence technologies.

A memorandum of understanding was signed in Bangkok with policy support from the Ministry of Higher Education, Science, Research and Innovation. The agreement establishes a long-term collaboration framework for developing AI-enabled learning platforms, competency assessment tools, and career linkage systems to better align training with workforce needs.

The initiative embeds AI throughout the skills development process, from personalized learning paths to job matching, to ensure measurable outcomes in productivity and employability. It also focuses on helping small and medium-sized enterprises access AI-ready talent by introducing standardized skills frameworks and competency benchmarks.

NetDragon stated that the model could be replicated across other emerging economies in Asia, combining public policy and private sector collaboration to expand AI learning access and support sustainable workforce growth.
