5WPR and HL Real Estate Group Identify Florida’s Top AI-Committed Private Schools

A joint study by 5WPR and HL Real Estate Group names Pine Crest School, Ransom Everglades, and Oxbridge Academy as Florida’s only private schools with formal institutional commitment to AI education.

In a press release, 5WPR and HL Real Estate Group released *The Florida Private School AI Study 2026*, identifying three private K-12 schools in Florida with formal institutional commitment to artificial intelligence education. The report evaluated twelve leading private schools across the state.

The study names Pine Crest School, Ransom Everglades School, and Oxbridge Academy as the only institutions meeting the Tier A criteria. These include a named faculty lead for AI, a public framework, and AI courses listed in the curriculum. All three are located within a 70-mile corridor in South Florida.

Pine Crest has integrated AI into its curriculum since 2022 and extends its teaching model through the Pine Crest neXt Innovation Institute. Ransom Everglades operates an AI Task Force and offers an advanced machine learning course. Oxbridge Academy lists Artificial Intelligence as one of its Signature Programs, alongside its Free Enterprise Institute and Cambridge Scholars Program.

According to the report, the geographic distribution of these schools corresponds with South Florida’s luxury residential markets, including Fort Lauderdale, Boca Raton, Coconut Grove, and Palm Beach. The study also notes that even these leading institutions are inconsistently indexed in AI search engines when families inquire about AI-focused education options.
