Vantiq and NTT ExC Partner Expand Alliance to Advance AI HR Platform
Vantiq and NTT ExC Partner Corporation have expanded their strategic partnership to strengthen and broaden the reach of the YourNAVI-QAI-General Affairs platform, announced in a press release. The platform supports human resources back-office operations using generative AI and Retrieval Augmented Generation technologies.
The companies plan to introduce on-premises deployment in addition to the existing software-as-a-service model. This will allow organizations with strict security and infrastructure requirements to adopt the system. Drawing on operational experience from within the NTT Group, the partners aim to roll out the solution to a wider market this year.
The collaboration will focus on improving efficiency in HR and general affairs functions. Vantiq’s integration technology will support secure implementation across diverse corporate environments. The companies also intend to develop AI agents capable of handling tasks such as application processing and data entry.
Future research will explore a multi-agent system that allows AI agents from different departments to work together. This initiative aims to advance automation and digital transformation across corporate back-office operations.
