Neofin, a Brazilian SaaS startup specializing in AI-powered accounts receivable solutions, has secured $7 million in a seed funding round led by Quona and Upload Ventures, announced in a press release. Founded in 2023, Neofin aims to transform the accounts receivable process into a more efficient and data-driven workflow.

The funding will be directed towards enhancing the platform's features, including a touchless renegotiation portal and an advanced CRM for accounts receivable. Additionally, Neofin plans to integrate an AI-based language model with WhatsApp for improved debtor communication. The company also intends to expand its data, machine learning, and AI departments to further customize client communications and debtor segmentation.

Neofin's platform is designed to streamline the accounts receivable and collection cycles by integrating with clients' ERP systems and banks. This allows for tailored debtor communication, ensuring that each debtor receives the most appropriate action based on their profile. The startup's innovative approach has quickly gained market validation, addressing a significant pain point for SMEs in Brazil.
