Shapes Raises $24 Million for AI-Native PeopleOS Platform
Tel Aviv-based startup Shapes has raised $24 million in combined Seed and Series A funding to advance its AI-native PeopleOS platform. The Series A round was led by Entrée Capital, with participation from NFX and F2 Venture Capital, which led the Seed round.
Shapes’ PeopleOS is designed to replace fragmented HR systems with a unified, adaptive platform that automates processes across HR, IT, and finance. The platform allows organizations to manage functions such as onboarding, performance reviews, payroll, and analytics within one system. It also supports the creation of custom applications and AI agents through its software development kit, enabling businesses to tailor workflows to their specific needs.
Founded by Arnon Nir and Shirley Baumer, both former members of the founding team at monday.com, Shapes serves hundreds of customers across 79 countries and 14 industries, including technology, manufacturing, logistics, and retail. Clients such as Quantum Machines, NextSilicon, Healthee, Arena Entertainment, and Imagen are among its early adopters.
The company plans to use the new funding to expand its team and enter additional markets. Shapes aims to position its PeopleOS as a core infrastructure for managing the employee lifecycle in organizations adapting to the rapid changes driven by AI.
