Alloy Robotics raised $8 million at an $80 million valuation to expand its AI agents for robot fleet debugging. Square Peg led the round, with Blackbird, Airtree and Skip Capital returning.

Alloy Robotics announced in a press release that it raised $8 million at an $80 million valuation to expand its AI agents for robot fleet debugging. Square Peg led the round, with Blackbird, Airtree and Skip Capital returning, along with leaders and engineers from OpenAI, Anthropic, Tesla, Waymo, Halter and Carbon Robotics.

The company combines fleet logs, telemetry, video, sensor data and engineering context from tools such as Slack and Jira. Its agents scan for anomalies, regressions and recurring patterns, then link findings to missions, timestamps and signals.

Alloy Robotics said its platform supports close to 1,000 robots and has analyzed more than 10,000 missions, most in the past two months. At Advanced Navigation, field test analysis that once took a full day now takes less than ten minutes, according to the company.

The funding will support engineering hiring, U.S. expansion and further work on Alloy Robotics models and agent platform. The company also offers a native MCP server that gives coding agents such as Codex and Claude Code access to mission context.
