Oak has raised 60 million dollars in seed funding to build an AI powered identity operating system, announced in a press release. The round was co-led by Accel, Greylock Partners, and CRV, with participation from Hetz Ventures and AlphaDrive Ventures.

The Tel Aviv and San Francisco based company was founded by Shai Morag and Tal Marom. Oak’s platform aims to unify legacy identity systems by creating a single control plane that governs identity access for humans, machines, and AI agents. According to the company, its system connects to any application and builds connections rapidly, reducing the time needed to establish integrations compared with older solutions.

The funds will support the expansion of Oak’s team in security and AI as it develops its complete platform. The company’s technology is already available to enterprise customers and will be showcased at Black Hat USA in August 2026.
