Madrid-based AI startup Anyformat has secured €3.3 million in seed funding led by Kibo Ventures to advance its generative AI platform for document processing and data extraction.

Madrid-based Anyformat has raised €3.3 million in seed funding led by Kibo Ventures, with participation from 4Founders, Abac Nest Ventures, and Decelera Ventures, announced in a press release. The company develops generative AI technology designed to extract and structure complex data from documents such as contracts, invoices, and emails.

Anyformat’s platform enables organizations to process unstructured documents at machine speed while maintaining control over sensitive information. The system can combine extracted data with a company’s internal records in real time, allowing automated analysis and reducing manual verification steps. The company has already completed projects for the Singapore Government, L’Oréal Group, and IAG Group.

Since its previous €520,000 raise in June 2025, Anyformat has expanded its capabilities and expects to surpass €1 million in annual recurring revenue in 2026. The new funds will support product development, expansion of engineering and sales teams across Europe, and continued investment in privacy-first infrastructure aimed at achieving certifications such as ISO 27001.
