Kabilio Raises €10 Million for AI Accounting Agent

Nov 5, 2026
Barcelona startup Kabilio raised €10 million to develop an AI accounting agent and a platform connecting small businesses with accountants.

Kabilio raised €10 million in a round led by Picus Capital and Visionaries Club, with Spain's CDTI also participating, according to Tech Funding News.

The Barcelona startup will use the funding to develop its AI accounting agent and Kabilio Empresas, a platform connecting small businesses with their accountants. The agent will enter beta in November and is already being tested by several accounting firms.

The agent can retrieve invoices from client emails, reconcile bank statements, check entries, request missing documents and communicate with clients through email and WhatsApp. Kabilio's existing software also reads invoices, suggests accounting entries, matches bank transactions and flags items for human review.

Kabilio grew from about 100 accounting firm customers in November 2025 to more than 500. The company was founded in 2024 by Jose Ojeda and Alex Valls and launched its software in 2025.
