Ciaran McCourt, CEO of moveUP.care, emphasized the importance of incorporating data, AI, and predictive analytics into modern orthopedic surgery to address cost and reimbursement challenges. The acquisition is expected to significantly bolster moveUP's AI capabilities and accelerate its growth in the US market.

Deep Structure.ai, established in 2018, has developed an AI platform called Eunice, which creates digital phenotypes of patients for personalized care through simulated surgeries and remote monitoring. This technology allows surgeons to make data-driven decisions tailored to each patient's unique clinical situation, seamlessly integrating into existing clinical workflows.
