Founded in 2021 by former Monzo engineers, incident.io aims to revolutionize incident response by developing AI agents that can investigate, diagnose, and resolve incidents in real time. The platform is already trusted by companies like Netflix, Linear, Ramp, and Etsy, and has managed over 250,000 incidents.

The new funding will be used to scale engineering teams in London and San Francisco, accelerate the development of investigative and autonomous response agents, and expand global go-to-market efforts. incident.io's platform covers the entire incident lifecycle, integrating with tools like Slack, Microsoft Teams, Linear, and GitHub.
