Rifa AI Secures $1.1 Million to Expand Conversational AI Platform
Rifa AI, a conversational AI platform, has raised $1.1 million in a funding round led by Seaborne Capital, with participation from NASSCOM and FalconX. The funds will be used to scale operations in North America and advance its AI platform for call centers.
Founded in 2023 by Sameer Fulzele and Shubham Khoker, Rifa AI focuses on automating customer interactions in regulated industries such as healthcare, insurance, and financial services. The platform aims to reduce human involvement by deploying Voice AI Agents that integrate with existing enterprise systems, ensuring compliance with industry regulations like HIPAA and TCPA.
Rifa AI has processed over 3 million minutes of customer interactions, achieving a 70% reduction in calls handled by human agents and enabling 60% of queries to be resolved through AI voice agents. The company plans to use the new funding to enhance its technology and expand its market presence, particularly in sectors where compliance challenges have traditionally required human oversight.
