Fal.ai announced a Series E led by Sequoia Capital and a Series F led by Bessemer Venture Partners, with NVIDIA as a strategic investor, raising a combined $1.65 billion across both, TechCrunch reports.

The Series F accounts for $1.3 billion, with Sound Ventures and T. Rowe Price also participating, and values the generative media company at $16 billion, double its $8 billion valuation in April, according to Bloomberg. Fal surpassed $800 million in annualized revenue earlier this year, Bloomberg reported.

The Series E closed earlier in 2026 and was disclosed alongside the Series F. Fal said the money will fund inference capacity, its team and new research in 2027. Entertainment studios, advertising agencies, e-commerce brands, game developers and marketing teams run image, video and audio models on its platform.
