Clark raised an $11 million seed round led by Touring Capital, bringing its total funding to $16 million, according to Corporate Compliance Insights. The New York company builds autonomous AI agents that perform audit work for CPA firms.
Clark will use the funding to expand its senior product, engineering and sales teams. It also plans to offer its product to more firms and support additional types of audit engagements, including government work.
