Circuit Mind raised $25 million and released an AI agent tool that checks circuit board schematics for electrical errors.

Circuit Mind raised $25 million and launched an AI agent tool that checks circuit board schematics for errors, according to SiliconANGLE. The company will use the funding to extend its design platform into testing and firmware, expand its teams, and establish a U.S. headquarters.

The new Agentic Verification Engine checks connections and buses against component datasheets, pin tables, operating voltages, and customer review rules. Its agents critique their findings before sending results to engineers. The tool is available through Circuit Mind's website.

Circuit Mind's existing software converts hardware block diagrams into schematics, bills of materials, and supporting analysis. The platform combines AI agents with a physics based engine and exports designs to computer aided design software.

Norwest Venture Partners led an $18.5 million Series A round, with participation from Lightscape Partners, Third Prime, Differential Ventures, and Blackhorn Ventures. The remaining funding came from a previously undisclosed seed round led by Third Prime, bringing Circuit Mind's total funding to $33.4 million.

Tensordyne Napier: What If One Rack Could Do the Work of Nine?

Tensordyne

This Tensordyne whitepaper presents Napier, an inference-focused AI processor and rack-scale system based on the company’s TDN Math logarithmic number system. It examines infrastructure requirements for large mixture-of-experts and agentic models, compares major inference architecture approaches, and details the TDN AIP processor, TDN72 pod, TDN Link fabric, and Napier Ultra configuration. The paper reports simulation-based performance, cost, and accuracy-validation results, including Tensordyne’s projected comparison of one Napier rack with a nine-rack Nvidia Rubin plus Groq deployment; the chip is reported as taped out and in fabrication.
