Flow Engineering Raises $50 Million at $750 Million Valuation

Flow Engineering raised a $50 million Series B at a $750 million valuation to expand its AI agent platform for hardware development.

Flow Engineering announced in a press release a $50 million Series B at a $750 million valuation. Valor Equity Partners founder Antonio Gracias and Atreides Management managing partner Gavin Baker co led the round, with participation from Sequoia Capital, Human Capital, Evantic, SV Angel, Odyssey and EQT.

Flow provides AI agents that track engineering changes, identify effects across teams and verify requirements and test coverage. Its customers include Rivian, Anduril, Joby Aviation, Stoke Space, Intuitive Machines and Pacific Fusion. Flow said its user base at Rivian grew from 40 to 1,500 over seven months.

The company will use the funding to expand its review, branching and evaluation tools, hire staff in AI and systems engineering, pursue FedRAMP authorization and other certifications, and grow its sales team. Sequoia partner Roelof Botha also joined Flow's board as an independent director and invested personally.
