Residex.AI Acquires Kevala to Boost AI Workforce Management in Senior Care
Residex.AI has acquired Kevala to enhance its senior care operations through AI-driven workforce management, announced in a press release. This acquisition aims to integrate Kevala's AI-powered workforce management platform with Residex's existing clinical platform, which includes electronic health records and medication administration for senior living communities.
The integration of Kevala's AI solution, Quin™, will allow Residex to optimize staffing schedules and predict staffing needs based on resident acuity levels and staff qualifications. This move is expected to address challenges faced by senior care facilities, such as staffing shortages and rising operational costs.
Chris Poelma, CEO of Residex.AI, emphasized that the acquisition represents a strategic milestone in transforming senior care through technology.
