Paradigm has announced the public launch of its AI-powered spreadsheet, following a successful $5 million seed funding round led by General Catalyst. The innovative platform integrates over 5,000 AI agents directly into spreadsheet cells, allowing users to automate data collection and analysis by assigning specific prompts to individual columns and cells.

The spreadsheet leverages AI models from Anthropic, OpenAI, and Google, offering users the flexibility to switch between models based on task requirements. This capability aims to provide high reasoning outputs while maintaining cost efficiency.

Since its beta launch in late 2024, Paradigm has attracted a diverse range of users, including consultants, sales professionals, and finance experts. Early adopters of the platform include consulting firm EY, AI chip startup Etched, and coding company Cognition. The platform operates on a subscription model, with tiers based on usage.

The funding will support Paradigm's aggressive product roadmap, which includes enhancing the platform's capabilities and expanding its user base. The company has raised a total of $7 million to date, including a previous $2 million pre-seed round.
