Hedgehog USA Signs Long-Term Energy Agreement with Idemitsu for Texas Data Center Development
Hedgehog USA has signed a long-term energy supply agreement with Idemitsu to support the development of its powered land data center platform in Navarro County, Texas, announced in a press release. The partnership secures scalable power capacity for Hedgehog’s data center sites, which are designed to accommodate up to 600 megawatts of capacity by the end of 2027.
Under the terms of the agreement, Idemitsu will provide tailored energy supply solutions for large load facilities. This arrangement enables Hedgehog to deliver integrated, energy ready land parcels before construction begins. The companies aim to create a development framework that ensures energy reliability and accelerates project delivery for hyperscale and enterprise data center clients.
The Navarro County campus combines extensive land availability with built-in power generation infrastructure. Marathon Capital serves as Hedgehog’s exclusive financial advisor on the project and is overseeing the sale of the campus while guiding its commercialization and market positioning.
