HUMAIN, DataVolt, and Nebius Group announced a preliminary framework agreement for data center capacity at an AI campus in NEOM's Oxagon industrial city, the companies said in a press release.

The proposed agreement would make Nebius an anchor customer and allocate up to 50 MW of capacity to the company. That represents half of the initial 100 MW now under construction and is part of a first phase planned to reach 360 MW.

The capacity is expected to become operational in phases from the fourth quarter of 2027. Nebius is expected to deploy NVIDIA-powered computing infrastructure for its AI cloud services.

Tensordyne Napier: What If One Rack Could Do the Work of Nine?

Tensordyne

This Tensordyne whitepaper presents Napier, an inference-focused AI processor and rack-scale system based on the company’s TDN Math logarithmic number system. It examines infrastructure requirements for large mixture-of-experts and agentic models, compares major inference architecture approaches, and details the TDN AIP processor, TDN72 pod, TDN Link fabric, and Napier Ultra configuration. The paper reports simulation-based performance, cost, and accuracy-validation results, including Tensordyne’s projected comparison of one Napier rack with a nine-rack Nvidia Rubin plus Groq deployment; the chip is reported as taped out and in fabrication.
