Granicus Adds AI Analytics to Government Experience Cloud

Granicus introduced Government Experience Insights Professional, an AI analytics product that helps public agencies identify problems in digital services and measure improvements.

Granicus announced in a press release Government Experience Insights Professional, an AI analytics product for public sector organizations. The product helps agencies find friction in digital services, prioritize changes and measure their effects over time.

The product applies AI and machine learning to data from 30 billion anonymized annual interactions across more than 7,000 government organizations. It provides benchmarks, recommendations and analysis for content, forms, communications and online services within the Government Experience Cloud.

Granicus is offering early access to existing cloud customers, including an assessment of their digital services and guided implementation. The company plans to present the product at its Government Experience Virtual Summit on September 17, 2026.
