Oct 19, 2026
Agency Gauge uses AI to explain agency performance, recommend actions and compare results with peer agencies and industry benchmarks.

Affordable American Insurance announced Agency Gauge in a press release, an AI based analytics platform for its network of independent insurance agencies. The platform is available now exclusively to AAI agency partners.

Agency Gauge explains agency performance data and provides recommendations covering customer retention, sales opportunities across policies and growth. It also compares results with similarly sized AAI agencies and industry benchmarks.

The platform can flag issues such as quoting errors, licenses that will expire within 60 days and new business concentrated with one carrier. Agency owners can also review quote ratios by producer and identify households that hold only one policy.

The paper reports simulation-based performance, cost, and accuracy-validation results, including Tensordyne’s projected comparison of one Napier rack with a nine-rack Nvidia Rubin plus Groq deployment; the chip is reported as taped out and in fabrication.
