Filevine Launches LOIS Console for AI Driven Law Firm Operations

Filevine has introduced the Legal Operating Intelligence System (LOIS) console, an AI platform that automates law firm workflows by reading, writing, and executing tasks across legal matters.

Legal technology company Filevine has introduced the Legal Operating Intelligence System (LOIS) console, described as AI that runs the modern law firm, according to a press release. The platform enables firms to deploy AI agents across all matters, automating tasks such as updating calendars, generating documents, and setting deadlines.

LOIS console connects directly to a firm's system of record, allowing it to both read and write data. It can analyze millions of documents in a single process and produce verified outputs. The system draws on Filevine’s structured legal matter graph, informed by more than 40 million legal cases accumulated over a decade.

The company stated that LOIS console is already in use by select firms. Attorneys at Kopka Law Group and Smith and Lee Personal Injury Lawyers reported faster document review and improved case management. The platform is available now for law firms and legal teams seeking to automate their workflows.
