Appian Launches AI-Powered Connected Claims 2.0 for Insurance
Appian has launched Connected Claims 2.0, an AI-powered solution designed to streamline insurance claims management, announced in a press release. This new version aims to provide a unified claims workflow, leveraging AI agents and data fabric to enhance processing speed, fraud detection, and customer satisfaction.
Connected Claims 2.0 integrates Appian's Case Management Studio and introduces the Appian AI Document Centre, which allows users to train models for extracting data from unstructured documents. This feature is expected to improve data capture accuracy and facilitate tasks such as fraud detection and automated triage.
The solution supports various insurance company functions, including claims adjusters, fraud detection teams, and regulatory compliance teams, by offering customizable workflows and real-time data access. Appian's recognition as a Leader in Everest Group's AI-enabled Claims Management Systems for Property & Casualty Insurance further underscores its capabilities in embedding AI into insurance processes.
