VIP Software has launched rateIQ Cohort 2, expanding its insurance claims intelligence platform with new AI tools and a freemium adoption program aimed at increasing industry participation.

VIP Software announced in a press release the launch of rateIQ Cohort 2, expanding its insurance claims intelligence platform. The new phase broadens access to carriers, reinsurers, adjusting firms, and service providers, aiming to strengthen pricing transparency and benchmarking across the claims economy.

Cohort 2 introduces several new intelligence tools, including Ask Benny for AI powered insurance assistance, CAT Intelligence for catastrophe insights, FeeAnalyzer for claims pricing and performance benchmarking, Wallet Pulse for workforce and payment data, and Prompt Pay for faster financial transactions within the claims ecosystem.

The company is also launching a freemium market seeding program that includes up to 1,000 complimentary Wallet licenses for independent adjusting firms to distribute to their contractors. This is intended to expand participation and data visibility across the network.

VIP Software stated that rateIQ functions as a compounding intelligence network, where increased participation enhances data quality and operational insights. Early platform activity has already produced thousands of claim level data points, helping users benchmark performance and improve decision making through live market information.
