Inspira Enterprise Expands Partnership with ServiceNow to Deliver Full Platform Capabilities
Inspira Enterprise and ServiceNow have entered a strategic partnership to deliver the full capabilities of the ServiceNow platform to enterprises worldwide, announced in a press release.
As part of the collaboration, Inspira has implemented the ServiceNow AI Control Tower as a governance layer across its entire AI ecosystem. The platform provides centralized visibility, oversight, and lifecycle management for AI assets including agents, workflows, models, datasets, prompts, and skills. This framework supports processes from intake and assessment through deployment, monitoring, and optimization.
Inspira has already onboarded more than 50 AI agents across areas such as identity and access management, threat and vulnerability management, cyber defense, risk management, and internal operations. The company reports that the deployment has increased AI adoption by 40 percent and improved operational productivity by 35 percent.
The ServiceNow AI Control Tower also enables Inspira to offer customers a structured approach to AI portfolio management, risk oversight, regulatory compliance, and value tracking, supporting scalable and responsible AI adoption for enterprise clients.
